LogonBox VPN Professional and Enterprise Editions are licensed based on the number of active system users. Licenses are taken when a user logs in and generates a configuration for one of their devices. Users can have multiple devices registered up to the limit supported by the type of license purchased. There is no concurrency limit; users can connect multiple devices simultaneously while only consuming a single-user license.

You will only see Monthly Subscription options when you connect to this site from your LogonBox product. Monthly Subscriptions require a connection between the LogonBox Appliance and our online store. This connection is automatically set up when you use the Buy button from your LogonBox product's Administrative Dashboard.

If you have come to this page using the Buy Button within one of our products, then upon successful completion of your order, the License will be synchronized to your server at the end of the checkout process. If you came here from the company website, there will be no link to your server; therefore, we will email your License to you at the end of checkout.

Yes. We accept purchase orders on 30-day terms. You must be able to provide a formal purchase order in PDF format that includes an invoice submission email address and a suitable Accounts Payable contact. You must also make your final payment by Bank Transfer or Credit Card. We do not accept Checks (Cheques) of any form or jurisdiction.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Other payment options may be available depending on your location. If in doubt, run through the Checkout process until you reach our Payment Provider Stripe, where the options available will be clear.

If you purchase from this site using a Credit Card, any Support and Maintenance component of your purchase will automatically renew near its renewal date. You will be notified by email nearer the time and you can cancel your subscription using the Manage Subscription button within your server product or by logging into your account on this website.
