LogonBox combines its Identity Management solutions with unparalleled support services to ensure each customer benefits from increased productivity and maximum ROI.

In 2012, LogonBox launched Access Manager, the first virtualized Self-Service Password Reset solution to help IT support teams eliminate time-consuming password reset tickets.

LogonBox Identity Manager is a brand new implementation of Access Manager, extending the feature set beyond Self-Service Password Reset to include Password Vault, Browser Password Manager, User Management, SAML, and many new authentication options, including our own LogonBox Authenticator 2FA solution.

LogonBox solutions are available as self-hosted on-premise or cloud-based virtual appliances. We also offer public SSPR SaaS service or can provide a managed cloud service in a data center near you.

Lee David Painter

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Lee has extensive network security experience and is the architect and founder of open-source projects such as J2SSH, SSL-Explorer. More recently, he created the Hypersocket Framework, the core framework used to build LogonBox’s Identity Management solutions.

He combines executive and customer-facing roles to ensure that our products are focused on our customers’ needs. His passion for customer support is the driver behind our first class service.

Brett Smith

Founder & Chief Software Architect

Brett is responsible for leading development and has over 20 years of experience in IT security. He has a formidable set of skills that have enabled him to deliver cutting-edge solutions commercially and through the open-source community.

Before joining LogonBox, Brett was Chief Software Architect of 3SP Ltd, part of the core team that developed and launched SSL-Explorer, the first browser-based open-source SSL VPN.

Chris Dakin

Technical Support Director

Chris has a wealth of technical support experience, starting his career as a field service engineer for SCC, Alliance and Leicester, and Fujitsu before moving into a software support role at 3SP.

At LogonBox, Chris is building a first-class support team to service our growing community of users.
